Rata has a strong technical service team.By far, we have done professional design, production and service for many domestic and international projects. For example, the design, production, on-site installation and commissioning of 5000kW/11kV resistive load bank of Rwanda Gas Power Plant; 6kW/7kW rack mounted load bank for UAE data center; Indonesia 500kW/AC400V resistive reactive load bank; 28.5V electrical load bank for Shenyang Aircraft and parts of others projects.
Rata promises that the product warranty period will be 1 years and corresponding after-sales services will be provided within the warranty period. Rata guarantees that the spare parts provided within the scope of the contract can meet the needs of normal operation and maintenance of the contract equipment before the end of the warranty period. If the normal operation of the contract equipment is affected by the shortage of spare parts before the end of the warranty period due to our company's reasons, our company promises to provide them free of charge. Unless otherwise agreed in the special contract terms, our service personnel shall record the warranty period service at the construction site, record the time, reason and solution of contract equipment failure, which shall be signed by the Buyer for confirmation and submitted to the Buyer after the warranty period. Remote technical support service: 7 × 24-hour technical support service hotline to answer users' problems in use and propose solutions for users in a timely manner; On site support service: go to the site to solve the problems encountered by users in use; Whole life cycle technical support services: technical support before product delivery, technical support during product delivery, use training services, technical status and quality monitoring during use, product maintenance technical services, scrapping services, provision of supply services for all components before product scrapping, spare parts, vulnerable and consumable parts supply services, etc; Quick response emergency support service: respond immediately according to user needs and propose solutions according to customer descriptions. And ensure that they can arrive at the service site within 24 hours, and solve the failure of contract equipment (except for major failure) within 3 days after arrival.
